I went to the University of Virginia and graduated as an Economics major in 1989. I was an investment banker after college but hated it and decided to start over with a career in sports television. My first job was behind-the-scenes at ESPN, then I got various on-air jobs as I worked my way up to bigger and bigger markets. I ended in Louisville (a top-50 market) and made it my home. In 2004, I moved to radio and I now host the top-rated sports talk show in town. It airs on 840-AM from 7:00-9:00pm eastern on weeknights. The 50,000-watt signal is VERY powerful so maybe you can hear it in Syracuse at night? Give it a try! :) I married my wife Carolyn in 2000, had a daughter Madison in 2002 and a daughter Lucy in 2005. They are the joy of my life. I hope everyone in the class of '85 is doing well!
