I still live North of Atlanta, GA with my wife of 15 years. We have three kids, one in High School and two in Elementary.

I still work for Carestream Dental, LLC as the "Workforce Analyst/Manager/Developer", seems I do the work of about seven people and get paid for the work of one. Have been developing a Workforce Management Department for our company as we do not have one, and will be deploying it globally by the end of 2014.

What have I been doing, other than what I mentioned above...
- I completed my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in December 2012 and the project I developed increased performance by 38% of the targeted process. Not too shabby.
- I am still working on my Bachelors Degree... maybe I will get it done by the time I hit 65.
- I am getting ready to work on my Certified Workforce Planning Professional (CWPP) certification. Another six month long project.
